Community guidelines

Share experience. Protect one another.

These rules keep the space kind, useful, and safe for everyone. Every member agrees to them when they create a username.

✓Welcome here

  • Your routines, challenges, questions, and wins
  • What helped you talk with your care team
  • Recipes, reminders, and routines that worked for you
  • Encouragement, especially for people who are just starting
  • Respect for every culture, budget, and body

×Not community advice

  • Diagnosing someone or guessing what their numbers "mean"
  • Telling anyone to start, stop, or change a medicine or dose
  • Promoting supplements, products, or "cures"
  • Sharing anyone's private health or contact information
  • Shaming, bullying, or blaming people for their health

Safety checks on every post

Posts that describe emergency warning signs, very high readings, or treatment changes are stopped and the right help is shown instead. Bee AI also holds posts that look risky until a person reviews them.

What kind of help would feel useful?

Share enough to be understood, not identified. Leave out full names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, and medical-record details. If you're having symptoms right now, call 911 instead of posting.

How answers work

A community for support, not treatment decisions.

  • Your own routines and experiences
  • Questions you asked your clinician
  • Challenges, encouragement, and wins
  • Everyday food, movement, sleep, and stress strategies

×Don't share this

  • Instructions to change or stop medication
  • A diagnosis or reading of another person's numbers
  • Claims that replace professional care
  • Personal identifying or medical-record information

On any member discussion, you can click Ask Bee. Bee is an AI that answers simple, general lifestyle questions (food, activity, sleep, stress, routines, measuring at home) using only the American Heart Association, CDC, and NIH, and it lists the sources it used. Bee never gives medicine advice or a diagnosis. Bee also screens new posts and holds risky ones for a human moderator. Nurse moderators may clarify, restrict, or close a discussion when safety requires it. If a post describes a reading higher than 180/120 or warning signs like chest pain, shortness of breath, back pain, numbness, weakness, vision changes, or trouble speaking, it isn't published and we show emergency guidance instead.
