How can we help?

Find quick answers below, or send us a message. We usually reply within two business days.

Having a medical emergency?

Call 911 or your local emergency number. Our team can't give medical advice or send help.

Common questions

Is Bee Health Companion medical advice?

No. Everything we share is for education. It does not replace your healthcare professional, and we never tell anyone to start, stop, or change a treatment.

What should I do in an emergency?

Call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not use the website, community, or app to get emergency help. See when to call 911.

How do I sign in to the app?

Enter your email and we'll send you a one-time code. Type the code in the app to sign in. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in a minute or two.

Why am I not getting reminders?

Reminders run on your phone. Make sure notifications are turned on for Bee Health Companion in your phone's settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't blocking them.

How do I share my report with my care team?

Open the report in the app and use your phone's share option to email, print, or save it. You decide who gets it.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from inside the app. You can also email us from the address on your account at hello@beehealthcompanion.com and ask us to delete it. See our privacy policy for details.

How do I join the community?

Go to the community page and choose Sign in with email. We will email you a 6-digit code. The first time you sign in, you create a username. Your email stays private.

Why wasn't my community post published?

Our safety check stops posts that describe emergency warning signs (chest pain, shortness of breath, back pain, numbness, weakness, vision changes, or trouble speaking), readings higher than 180/120, treatment changes, or personal contact details. You will see the right next step instead. Only the type of alert is recorded, never your words.

What is Ask Bee in the community?

Bee is an AI helper. On a member discussion, click Ask Bee for a short, general answer about everyday habits like food, activity, sleep, stress, or measuring at home. Bee only uses the American Heart Association, CDC, and NIH, and shows the sources it used. It never gives medicine advice or a diagnosis. If you think an answer is wrong, report it and a moderator will review it.

Can my clinic or health plan use Bee?

Not yet. If you're interested, contact us. We'll share updates as we explore partnerships.
