These terms apply to beehealthcompanion.com, our community features, and the Bee Health Companion app (together, "Bee"). By using Bee, you agree to them.

Education, not medical care

Bee provides general health education and tools to help you track your own information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a patient relationship. Always talk with your healthcare professional about your health. Read our full medical disclaimer.

Emergencies

Bee cannot monitor you or respond to emergencies. If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Who can use Bee

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping access to your email and devices secure.

Community and things you share

To post in the community you must sign in with an email address you control and create a username. Do not use a username that impersonates someone, includes your full name, or suggests you are a healthcare professional or Bee staff. You are responsible for what you post. Posts are public. We may run automatic safety checks, hold, edit, hide, or remove posts, close discussions, and suspend accounts to keep the community safe.

Bee AI answers in the community are general education written by an AI from public health sources. They may be incomplete or wrong, are not medical advice, and do not create a patient relationship. Do not use them to make decisions about medicines, diagnosis, or treatment.

When you send us a private story or question, you let us edit it, remove identifying details, and share it on our site, app, or social channels without your name. Follow our community guidelines. We may remove content or limit access for anyone who breaks them.

Your information

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, disrupt, or try to break into Bee.
• Don't use Bee to give others medical instructions or sell products.
• Don't copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Changes and availability

We may update or stop parts of Bee. We'll try to give notice of important changes. Essential blood pressure recording and safety information are designed to stay available.

Disclaimers and limits

Bee is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on Bee instead of advice from a healthcare professional.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
